Are you ready for the weigh-in? I don’t know how I’ve done, but I feel like it should be a good week. There have been NO Girl Scout cookies in my life, NO Valentine’s candy, NO wine or alcohol. Okay that last one is sad and probably unnecessary. I’ve known a lot of drunks and not one of them was fat.
The only issue I had this week was with a salad. MP wanted to eat at Zaxby’s so I ordered the Zensation Salad. A SALAD. 22 points worth of salad. 22 out of 29 and I had already used 5 for breakfast. Great, 27 points by noon. Dinner. Was. Awesome.
Okay, so let’s get on the scale. I’ve lost a total of…………….ZERO pounds this week! I hate this diet. I’d now like to go back in time to yesterday when my husband brought me a handful of sour cream and onion chips but instead of moving them off my plate, I will EAT THEM.
So take that Weight Watchers. Next week should be fun.
And how did you do?
I think you need to invest in a new scale. The one you have probably came from a yard sale and the reason it was for sale was that it wasn’t accurate. I know your doing fine.

Down .2 this week which puts me at a net of ZERO for the past two weeks. I’m starting the old points system today. I already feel better 😉 Now we’ll see if the problem is the new pointsplus system or the user!
Just had a great 1 point lunch:
Sliced Boca burger with peach/mango salsa wrapped in romaine lettuce leaves instead of a tortilla/bread.
