The Diet of the Week


JD and I started a diet this week. If you eat what they say, everyday for 7 days, you can supposedly lose up to SEVENTEEN pounds! Which would put me right where I SHOULD be, what I weighed at my high school graduation. A very healthy and logical goal weight.

This is day one and my stomach is hurting. OUCH. And I’m hungry. Whatever. Before you leave a snarky comment about how unhealthy it is to lose that much weight that quickly, you should know a couple of things. 1. Only doctors and people that want to STAY fat, care about stuff like that. ¬†And 2. It’s day one and I’ve already cheated. I think I’m safe.

  1. Soooo, let me get this straight! The Dr only remevod the top half of it?! What was the point? In my experience, keloids always grow back and usually even bigger than the original
