JD and I started a diet this week. If you eat what they say, everyday for 7 days, you can supposedly lose up to SEVENTEEN pounds! Which would put me right where I SHOULD be, what I weighed at my high school graduation. A very healthy and logical goal weight.
This is day one and my stomach is hurting. OUCH. And I’m hungry. Whatever. Before you leave a snarky comment about how unhealthy it is to lose that much weight that quickly, you should know a couple of things. 1. Only doctors and people that want to STAY fat, care about stuff like that. And 2. It’s day one and I’ve already cheated. I think I’m safe.
