Conversation with Rachel #231

Me: During WWII the Germans were coming, so parents took their children, some as young as you, and sent them off ALL ALONE to stay with relatives, even strangers. Imagine the poor parents, the poor, scared children!

Rachel: Uh, this is not exactly the bedtime story I was hoping for.

  1. Come stay with me Rachel, we’ll go to the lake every weekend. No more scary bedtime stories… only “I want my big toe” and “Three billy goats gruff”.

  2. Rachel you come live with me and I will let you stay up as long as you like and you can tell me bedtime stories.
